Tried and True.  Shiloh Noelle is a vigorous and highly productive growing dahlia.  A serious show stopper!!  She grows on VERY sturdy stems/stalks and her blooms are HUGE.  Despite looking delicate, her petals stay very well hydrated, making her a "MUST have!"
